Very nice McDonald’s, well-kept and renovated, unfortunately closed during Corona times. However, the drive in counter can be accessed. Here you can also see funny teams driving through the drive in to get their lunch. The staff is friendly and the burgers don't lie around for hours so it's five out of five stars

Take away and drive in open, hand disinfectant is available, care is taken to keep your distance. Just like everywhere else! 😂

Mostly satisfied, is just MC Donalds. A deduction, because sometimes there is mayo instead of ketchup or vice versa.

Customer friendliness is different. Initially after the renovation, a lot more effort is now or is going to be the same as before. It goes without saying that McDonald's has become way too expensive. Another tip. Writes to McDonald Germany in Munich on the Internet. They take care of it and forward it to Koblenz, since the McDonald's in the train station and Heiligenroth are operated together.

Is very rare, but everything was served the first time that you ordered. Nothing was missing. Keep it up.

Normal Mc Donalds

When ordering via drive-in: forget all sauces and 1 dish; In addition, the drinks were partly wrong and in the wrong quantity. Drive-in not recommended; I don't judge in the restaurant here.

No soap on the ladies' toilet. Despite a message from the staff there was still no soap after we ate. And that in Corona times where washing hands is important. Tables glued. Where is the hygiene concept?

At Mc Drive ... was full, but as always very nice!

I'm not really a recession writer, but here you just have to point it out: I am only referring to the drive-in! People check your goods !!! It is obviously "normal" that something is missing! I am not assuming bad intent, because when you then notice how they react, you simply know how to assess the employee. Join me in another review: Mogendorf ZERO problems so far!

1 star for my hunger otherwise Cleanliness - 5 Branch manager who we arrived on 09/12/2020 at around 3 p.m. totally unfriendly, unprofessional !!! We approached them about cleanliness, because you couldn't sit at any table because they were all dirty. In response I got to hear: '' IS OK ''! THEN I HAVE REPEATED MY PLEASE. THE SECOND ANSWER WAS TOTALLY SPOILING, GENERVED AND LUSTELESS: "WE'RE DOING IT NOW." Only then did an employee start wiping the tables damp It didn't look any better under the tables either. There is still a lot of room for improvement but not like that

Something is always ... Either something is missing, something is not right, too much, or too cold, too old ... Slowly no more desire for Heiligenroth. So I prefer to drive briefly over the Autobahn to Mogendorf to the mcdrive

Short fries and coffee brought home on the way home. Everything was problem-free.

Did not really want to over Mc and ko rate but there are exceptions 👍 lately I have only had bad experiences 😡 food badly dirty tables and toilets etc. Here in Monte everything was clean well maintained food was delicious as from the beginning times. Very centrally located you can even get from the rest area here super so

Good food good atmosphere

Bread of the burgers was old and dry, fries were not fried long enough and cold. All litterbins were full to the point that people had to put their waste on the tables, with no one of the staff cleaning it up. Floor was dirty and sticky as well. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to

This McDonalds is next to the highway. It takes some time to reach it. There are 2 order terminals at the entrance or you can order your food at the counter. The food was fresh and the staff was friendly. The McDonalds has two levels where you can sit and eat your food. The toilets where clean and tidy. There is a small parking place nearby where you can park your car.

Unusually good customer service - Cleaner and quicker than most, too.

Nice McDonald's, go here once a year on the way back from the Messe in Frankfurt. Can get busy, but staff works fast. There is plenty of seating upstairs which is good as well. Only parking is limited.

It's a MCdonalds, nothing fancy.

Ok....

Old design restaurant from the 1990s. Far away from the highway and hidden. No touchscreen order terminals. However fast order fulfillment.

Has a nice kids slide but not a full play place.

Staff were awesome and trying to do the best they can but the premise was dirty & messy with below average assembly/presentation of the food. Some food seemed very old...
